Zac joined Vintage in May 2021 as an intern after completing his A-Levels. In August of that year, he began an apprenticeship program at the firm, studying financial services and advice. Zac successfully completed the apprenticeship in July 2023, earning high praise from the accredited body.

Since finishing the apprenticeship, Zac has continued his professional development at Vintage, working in an adviser support role. He has passed the R01 and R05 exams as part of his Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, which he is currently pursuing while gaining valuable on-the-job experience at the company.
